Great day in Twin Cities with 8th grade Art students on October 7th. Students attended a performance at the Ordway Theatre with Martha Redbone, spent time looking through “Brick X Brick” exhibition at the Minnesota American Art Museum, toured and drew flora in the Como Conservatory ending the day at the Minneapolis Institute of Art where students drew master pieces like Van Gogh’s “Olive Trees” and Prince’s clothing. Students participated in activities throughout the day. Special thanks to all the parents who chaperoned and helped out with snacks and care. We all had a wonderful day.
Additional support from Rotary #25, the Ordway Theatre, NEA, Legacy Ammendment, and tremendous parental support.
