Deer hide has been prepared (cut out) for you. Observe the demonstration and instructions provided by your instructor explaining steps of how to sew the leather pouch together.
Safety use of Glover’s needle – always use the small leather square to pull the needle through and/or the wooden block to push the needle through (not the table top). Always keep track of this needle. Store it “stitched” into leather square with pouch.
1. Sew (using slip stitch) the front lower piece to the back lower piece. This should provide you with a flapped pouch.
2. Using a pen write you initials on the inside of the flap. Store you neck strap and closure strap inside the pouch for safe keeping.
